TurboFire & P90X3- Summer Goals

It isn’t just summer that’s coming around the corner here, I’m also talking about your long term health. I’m a nurse- I naturally think about this stuff. I want you to have a healthy lifestyle. One in which you can enjoy time with your family and friends. With this in mind, I have a couple of questions for you:
